Granite
Hill is our newest commercial complex. Located directly on Route 1 in
Guilford, Granite Hill consists of five buildings, comprising a total
of 28,000 square feet of office and flex space.
The front two buildings facing Route 1, which are two-story, provide
prime visibility. The three rear one-story buildings are ideal for the
professional or small business owner.
Units, ranging in size from 200 to 6,000+ square feet, generally provide
tenants with office space and storage for equipment, files and/or materials
related to their businesses. Other approved uses are personal or professional
services and recreational facilities. Most units feature overhead doors,
